Invitation to Sponsor and Exhibit 33rd Annual Nebraska Nurse Practitioner Conference The Cornhusker Marriott, Lincoln NE Thursday, February 13, 2025 8am-4pm

The Nebraska Nurse Practitioners (NNP) invites you to sponsor or exhibit at the NNP 33rd Annual Conference. This year, the conference Exhibitor Day will be in-person on Thursday, February 13th at the Lincoln Marriott Cornhusker Hotel in Lincoln, Nebraska.  Last year we had over 100 attendees for our in person event and another 100 plus online.

Overview: This conference is designed to meet continuing education needs of advanced practice nurses. The conference will focus on the discussion of drugs and treatment modalities relating to specific illnesses.

A tentative agenda will be provided when available. We plan to have breaks built into the schedule, and there will also be a longer lunch break. In addition, as an incentive for conference attendees to visit your exhibit booth, we will be offering a drawing for those who complete an exhibitor passport card. Details will be provided when you check in for the day.

Objectives:

1.  Update advanced practice knowledge of health promotion and disease prevention as it relates to acute and chronic illnesses across the life span.

2.  Discuss the most current pharmacological and non-pharmacological management of acute and chronic conditions.

3.  Review current research and the application of research to clinical practice.

4.  Collaborate with local and nationally known experts with innovative information.

New this year, we will have 3 opportunities to sponsor a meal and provide your own speaker and lecture during the meal in addition to an in person exhibit table. Registrants will attend your session both in-person and online via our conference app, Conference Tracker.

NNP will provide our standard AV setup with microphones, screens, and projectors. Presentations should be emailed prior to the conference for prepping on the conference laptop. Any videos embedded in a presentation MUST be pre approved. Email to Heidi Kile APRN at nnpkile@gmail.com.

Our AV provider, Bryce Jensen will also be in contact with the noted representative a few days prior to the conference to make sure he knows all of your needs during the presentation.

• The $2000 exhibitor/sponsor fee is payable to NNP. Any costs associated with the sponsored meal are to be worked out directly with The Cornhusker Marriott. NNP will not negotiate or be part of any discussions between you and the hotel related to the costs associated with the sponsored meal. If you need signatures of attendees, this is the process that will occur: NNP will scan attendee badges as they proceed to the meal. NNP will provide a printout of all attendees who were scanned that includes name, practice area, and credentials.

We will also be accepting requests for up to 2 sponsored industry dinners on Wednesday February 12th and up to 4 sponsored industry dinners on Thursday February 13th. Please submit topics and speaker information to Jasper Kaufman or Deb Braun at the email below if interested ASAP. We would like to be able to publish information on our brochure by October 31st. Please note, you are responsible for arranging the venue location and time. The attendee will RSVP to industry representatives directly if attending the lecture. There are many great options near The Cornhusker.

Note: NNP reserves the right to deny registration to organizations whose intent is to solicit members to purchase products or services.

The fee for exhibiting for Pharmaceutical, Corporate, For-Profit agencies, and Non-Profit agencies is as follows:

Silver Exhibitor - $900/1 table or $1150 for 2 tables

• Random table assignment in our exhibitor hall 
• Includes table and 2 chairs, (or 2 tables and 4 chairs) internet access and electricity. Table linens are not included as standard. Please plan accordingly.

Gold Exhibitor - $2250 (includes cost of break) Everything included in the Silver Exhibitor plus:

• Includes table and 2 chairs, internet access and electricity. Table lineens are not included as standard. Please plan accordingly.
• Sponsor a break to receive preferential booth assignment in the exhibit hall, recognition of your sponsorship in the break area, slide shows and final brochure (if purchased before October 31, 2024). (4 available)

Platinum Exhibitor - $2000 (plus meal expense) Everything included in the Silver Exhibitor plus:

• Sponsorship of a breakfast or lunch, including a speaker of your choice. Registrants will attend your session both in-person and online via our conference app, Conference Tracker. Indicate your preference during registration. You will receive preferential booth assignment in the exhibit hall, recognition of your sponsorship in the break area, slide shows and final brochure (if purchased before October 31, 2024)
• NNP will provide our standard AV setup with microphones, screens, and projectors.
