Our team values a personal, compassionate approach, and we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our small but dynamic team. Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, prescribing appropriate medications and therapies.
  • Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on lab tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic tools.
  • Collaborate with the physician and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document all patient encounters in the electronic health record (EHR) system accurately and timely.
  • Participate in clinic initiatives to improve patient care, efficiency, and overall clinic performance.
  • Stay updated on best practices, continuing education, and clinical guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
  • Certification in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or another relevant specialty.
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle a diverse patient load.
  • DEA License
